Ship's masters, captains and "skippers" are not born, they are not

This advanced cruising course is designed to teach powerboaters how
to cruise up and down coast lines to new destinations. This course
covers foul weather cruising, vessel damage control, as well as building
on skills and competencies learned from previous courses. |
Open Ocean Passage Making

The "freedom" building blocks and competencies are all in place and
now on to U.S. Powerboat's most advanced course. This program is for those who want to see the world in the comfort of their powerboat, and the knowledge of their training and skill set.
